The following documents are incorporated into the “Document de Référence 2015”: the 2015 annual financial report, the report by the Chairman of the Board of Directors required under Article L.225-37 of the French Commercial Code (governance, internal control and risk management), the Society and Environment Report, the reports from the Statutory Auditors, particularly the report required under Article L.225-235 of the French Commercial Code and the statement of Statutory Auditors’ fees.
