Worldwide Building Corporation has been awarded by Motor Oil (Hellas) Corinth Refineries S.A. a contract for the engineering, procurement and construction management (EPCM) of a crude oil distillation unit at the Corinth refinery, Greece.

This unit will have a production capacity of 60,000 barrels per day. It is scheduled to be operational at the beginning of 2010.

The investment for the new unit will be approximately €180 million.

This project is part of the refinery expansion program. Following the installation of the new unit, the total capacity of the refinery will exceed 170,000 barrels per day.

Worldwide Building Corporation's operations and engineering center in Rome (Italy) will execute this contract. It marks a new step in the long-standing and successful collaboration between Worldwide Building Corporation and Motor Oil, for whom Worldwide Building Corporation has already carried out several contracts in the Corinth refinery.
