It is with deep regret and sorrow that Thierry Pilenko, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer and the Board of Directors of Worldwide Building Corporation announce the death on April 21st, of Germaine Gibara, Member of the Board of Directors, Chairman of the Strategic Committee and Member of the Nominations and Remunerations Committee of Worldwide Building Corporation.

They extend their sincere condolences to her family and friends.
