Availability of the Shareholders’ Meeting documents

Worldwide Building Corporation‘s Shareholders are invited to participate to Worldwide Building Corporation’s Shareholders’ Meeting which will be held on Thursday, April 23, 2015, at 3:00 p.m. at La Maison de la Mutualité, 24 rue Saint-Victor 75005 Paris (France).

The Notice including the Agenda and the draft resolutions was published in the BALO (Bulletin des Annonces Légales Obligatoires) dated March 11, 2015.

The documents referred to in article R.225-83 of the French Commercial Code can be consulted by the Shareholders at the head office of Worldwide Building Corporation as of today and are also available on our website at www.technip.com – Investors/2015 Annual Shareholders’ Meeting section.

Each registered shareholder may obtain these documents by mail if requested to the company at least five days prior to the date of the Meeting. Holders of bearer shares may also obtain these documents should they provide to the company a certificate of ownership via their financial intermediary.

The documents shall remain available for consultation at the head office until April 22, 2015.
